Simple hack: Google anything with “reddit” at the end of your search to get honest answers.

Book of the week

No surprise here. The book of the week is Outlive by Peter Attia.

The greatest book on Longevity, and one of my top books of all time. One of my most gifted books, too!

Gear of the week

A different take on this one. Peter is a big proponent of stability for longevity. He’s also big on minimalist footwear, especially Xero Shoes to enhance foot function.
